FAQHow do I receive my order?
All orders are mailed using Australia Post with the added security of a postal tracking ID number.

What if I’m not home when the order arrives?
If you will not be home, we advise you to provide an alternative address (for example a work address.)

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard via PayPal.  Alternatively, you may wish to mail a bank money order or direct deposit is available by phoning (07) 3821 5656 or email sales@aussieweddingshop.com.au your request and we will provide you with the necessary details.

How much is Freight?
Freight will be calculated automatically on the size and weight of your order in accordance with the current pricing from Australia Post. This amount will always be displayed in your checkout before you proceed with your payment.  Your freight charge also includes postage and handling costs.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?
Please let Australia Post know immediately by phoning 13 13 18 with your provided article ID tracking number to track the whereabouts of your order. Alternatively, it may be quicker to go online and  TRACK YOUR ORDER HERE.  Aussie Wedding Shop will not be responsible for tracking down parcels.

How do I place an order?
Ordering online is preferred. Should you have any queries prior to placing  your order, please phone 07 3821 5656 from 10am till 4:00pm Mon to Fri as we are only too happy to help. 

Do you accept international orders?
No. We only distribute within Australia.
