You can order by fax, phone or online through our secure shopping cart system. Should you choose to FAX your order, please print out the FAX ORDER FORM and fax your order to us. Faxed orders can be sent to 07 3821 5667. Phone orders can be placed phoning 0413 501 930 or 3821 5656 during the hours of 10am – 2:30pm Monday to Friday. Alternatively, you can email us anytime at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Upon placing your order, not only are the costs of your products calculated, so is the freight charge, ensuring you are well informed of all costs applied to your account. In the event an item was not currently in stock, we will advise you immediately for you to either swap it for a similar product, cancel that product, or place it on back order for when it is in stock again. Orders that are in stock can be delivered and processed immediately, otherwise orders can take up to 14 days to despatch.
Colours vary slightly due to the manufacturing process to each product. Products seen online do not always represent the identical colour. Colour reproduction is limited beyond our control, such as the contrast and brightness settings on your monitor.
Payment will be accepted via PayPal using credit cards (Bank Card, MasterCard, and Visa). We personally do not take credit card details, but the services of PayPal provide a secure environment for all credit card transactions. Sorry we do not accept payment by cheque. You can also pay by mailing an Australia Post money order. If so, please don’t forget to include your name and any relevant details. Confirmation will be sent to you once you payment has arrived. Please DO NOT send cash in the mail.
Upon ordering, you will receive an email confirming your order. We shall advise you of when your order was mailed along with a registered post tracking number article ID number for you to keep tabs on your delivery. Once your parcel is sent, Aussie Wedding Shop accepts no responsibility for your delivery.
We make every effort to assure all goods delivered to you from Aussie Wedding Shop are in perfect condition and are packed securely. In the event your order arrives damaged, please let Australia Post know immediately.
Should your item be lost in transit, we will do our very best to ensure you have all the information necessary to make a claim against the carrier. We are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from the delivery.
Please note that we do not offer a pick up service. All our items are sent via delivery.
We do not refund or exchange for change of mind or a wrong selection. Cancellations cannot be made after 24 hrs from the date of your order, as the order has either already been processed for packing or in the event your item was not in stock, it would now be sourced from our varied suppliers.
